This extended lapse in concentration has brought one obvious fact into plain sight. The older and more abused ones brain becomes the less effective it proves to be in remembering - anything!!
I should either get into the habit of putting something up every day, however trivial or knock it on the head.
I shall try the former but fear the latter may be the end result.
I guess we'll all just have to watch this space.
